Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
What skin concerns do you treat?
We are best at — acne, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, moles, pigmentation, rashes, skin cancer checks, optimising skin health and more. If it’s to do with skin, we’ve got it covered.
How do I know whether to see a dermatologist?
Start with what’s bothering you. If it’s medical — like acne, eczema, or moles — you’ll likely see one of our dermatologists. Are your dermatologists Board Certified?
Whilst this is an US term, we can assure you that our dermatologists are on the equivalent in the UK – the specialist register/registered with the GMC. Our Consultant Dermatologists have the very highest level of training for skin and dermatology, so you’re in the safest and most knowledgeable hands.
Do you accept medical insurance?
Yes, we work with most major insurers. Please call us to book if you’re using insurance — we’ll need your policy number and an authorisation code before your appointment.
Can I book an online consultation?
Yes. Our dermatology consultations for acne can be done remotely. We’ll let you know if an in-person appointment is needed to examine your skin more closely.
We are able to prescribe appropriate medications online. To ensure we are treating you effectively and safely, if your acne is severe or particularly persistent we do need to see you in person. We are in London.
What treatments do you offer for acne?
We offer personalised acne care that includes prescription medication, topical treatments, peels, LED therapy, and the AviClear laser. All guided by clinical evidence and tailored to your skin.
Do you offer mole checks and removals?
Absolutely. Our mole checks are carried out by consultant dermatologists using dermoscopy. If a mole needs removing, we offer same-day or follow-up appointments for excision.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There’s pay-and-display parking close to the clinic on Victoria Road, Stamford Road and Thackeray. It can be limited, but we’re also easily accessible by public transport – High Street Kensington and Gloucester Road are our closest tubes.
What are your fees?
It depends on who you see and what treatment you have, but we strive to be transparent so will always discuss this with you before treatment and can also ask specific questions by phone. Our general pricing can be found here.
