Terms and Conditions

  • The initial consultation payment with a Doctor is redeemable against injectable treatment if completed within a month of the initial appointment.
  • In most cases we request payment upon booking and in all cases full payment is required on the day of the treatment.

Referral Reward Scheme

  • We operate a referral reward scheme – if you refer someone for a doctor consultation or treatment, both of you receive £50 off your next treatment. If you refer 3 people or more, you become part of our gold club. To qualify, the new patient must tell us your name at the point of booking their first appointment with the doctor.

Treatment Packages

  • Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable once they commence and must be used within the advertised timeframe.
  • If you wish to upgrade to the course following a single treatment, you may do so when booking the second treatment and payment for the full package is required.
  • If you do not fulfil our cancellation policy, you will forfeit one treatment from your package.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you fail to attend or rearrange/cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be asked to pay the full cost of the appointment.
  • Please arrive no less than five minutes before your appointment, this is to allow for social distancing within the clinic in light of the recent pandemic.

Other

  • No dogs are allowed on the premises (other than official guide dogs).
  • Please try to avoid bringing small children to your appointment – if you do so, please make sure they are supervised at all times.

Complaints Policy

  • We value feedback, comments and complaints to make sure our service continues to be at the highest standards. If our service did not reach your expectations for any reason, please one of our team know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns immediately.
  • If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please do so in writing to hc@23skin.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 24 working hours and begin a thorough investigation into your concerns, providing a full response within 20 days.
